Caren Truske is the founder and curator of Frequency Matters, Aligned Living’s online school. An educator, coach, systems synthesizer, Vibrational Sound Master Teacher, and Acutonics® practitioner, Caren is dedicated to translating the science and lived experience of frequency into practical, embodied understanding and energetic mastery.

Rather than positioning sound as a modality alone, Frequency Matters explores frequency as a foundational principle that informs how we live, learn, relate, and lead. Caren empowers participants to recognize patterns, refine discernment, and integrate body-mind-spirit practices that support coherence, resilience, and healthy adaptive systems.

Caren is the creator of Potent Points, Practices, and Patterns, a framework designed to bring vibrational sound tuning into everyday life. Her vision for Frequency Matters Online School is to cultivate a community and a living coherent field of resonance where Vibrational Sound Tuning becomes a tool for aligned living, self-leadership, systems literacy, and collective evolution.
